Sunday, January 3

1:00 - 2:30pm "Ag Tourism at Honeysuckle Hill Farm"  -  Jeff & Julie Alsup, Coopertown, Tennessee

Honeysuckle Hill Farm specializes in Spring and Fall tours.  They host 15,000 school children annually to their farm.

  "High Tunnel Production" - A. J. Bussan, UW Horticulture

Many growers are extending their seasons through the use of hi tunnel greenhouses.  You will learn tips and strategies in growing crops in hi tunnels.

Monday, January 4  
10:30-  11:15am General Sessions - Choose any of the following session topics:

Noon - 2:15pm TRADE SHOW OPENS - Lunch Served in the Trade Show Area

The Trade Show will open with over TWO hours of time for you to chat with vendors, learn what's new, and make your best deals. 

2:15 - 3:15pm General Session:
"Should You Consider a Certified Kitchen?"  Anne Pfeiffer, UW Extension
  "Partnership & Regional Marketing"  Lois Federman, Mineral Point School Gift Program / Kent Gustafson, Univ of Minnesota Tourism
5:00- 7:00pm Reception in Trade Show Area

Relax after a long day with a reception.  Local wines, beers, and cheeses will be featured.  Meet with friends and visit with exhibitors.  Trade Show closes for the day at 7:00pm.

Tuesday, January 6  
8:00 Trade Show Opens at 8:00am
9:30-11:00am Trade Show Time / Refreshment Break

Exhibitors will be given time to present demonstrations and mini-seminars.

12:30pm Trade Show Closes / CONVENTION ADJOURNS
